Calor Sauna Studios is a women-owned infrared sauna and cold plunge studio in Carlsbad Village, founded by locals Ali and Shelly, with Michelle Glassen listed as CEO. It has three private infrared sauna rooms and one combination sauna and cold plunge room. Sessions last fifty minutes, and guests can add a friend to their reservation.
