Tribe Cold Plunge
Tribe Cold Plunge is a veteran-owned recovery studio in Eastlake, Chula Vista, founded in 2023 by Shannon, a U.S. Navy veteran. The studio offers cold plunges, a steam sauna and compression sessions. On the first Saturday of each month it opens complimentary plunges to people who serve their communities, such as service members and first responders.
